I’ve been sick these couple of days, so I haven’t done any yoga I think for two weeks. (I’ve been sick for approx. 2 weeks) Shame shame on me, hah. But today I have picked it up again. I did a 20 min session and it’s such a big difference. After keeping up with before I got sick I could feel my muscles really starting to loosen up, my scoliosis in my back was straightening itself a little and after not doing yoga for two weeks, my muscles are super tense again and my back is drooping back to it’s old shape 😦
But I guess we start from the beginning again 🙂 Whenever you face an obstacle you never give up.
